These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and imau4u ("Platform"). By creating an account or using any part of the imau4u platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out below.
01General Terms of Use for the imau4u Platform
The imau4u platform provides online betting and entertainment services, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports), slots, Live Casino, virtual sports, and progressive jackpots. All services are provided solely for entertainment purposes.
By accessing or using the imau4u platform, you agree that:

02Eligibility to Create an imau4u Account
Registration and use of the imau4u platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. imau4u reserves the right to request proof to verify any of these criteria at any time.
- Age requirement: Users must be 18 years of age or older. imau4u takes the protection of minors from gambling seriously.
- Legal capacity: Users must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one imau4u account. Owning multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
- Not an imau4u employee: imau4u staff, contractors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to create accounts for betting purposes.
- Not on the self-exclusion list: Individuals who have enrolled in a self-exclusion programme are not eligible to create a new account.
Imau4u reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of your MyKad or passport to confirm user eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
03Account Registration & User Responsibilities
Signing up with imau4u is straightforward — just fill in your basic details and verify your phone number. That said, there are important responsibilities you need to understand when it comes to managing your account.
During the registration process, you agree to:
- Provide your full name exactly as it appears on your official identification document.
- Provide an active, reachable Malaysian phone number for verification purposes.
- Create a strong password and never share it with anyone, including imau4u staff.
- Keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur, especially your phone number and payment details.
The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. imau4u will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to protect their login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed by another party, please contact the imau4u support team immediately.

04Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
Imau4u supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for user convenience. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). imau4u does not accept payments in any foreign currency.
Accepted deposit methods:
- Touch 'n Go eWallet – deposit limit: RM10 minimum, RM5,000 maximum per transaction

- FPX Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong) – subject to each bank's individual limits
Withdrawal conditions:
- Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
- Minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, unless otherwise specified.
- Standard withdrawal processing times are 5–15 minutes for e-wallets and 30–60 minutes for bank transfers.
- Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 within a single day may require additional verification, which can take 24–48 hours.
- Imau4u reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

05imau4u Bonus & Promotion Terms
Imau4u offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions designed to add value to your gaming experience. However, all bonuses are subject to eligibility requirements and rollover conditions as specified.
General conditions that apply to all bonuses:
- Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, unless otherwise stated.
- Users found to hold multiple accounts will be disqualified from all bonuses and may have their accounts closed.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash.
- Imau4u reserves the right to forfeit any bonus that has been misused or obtained through fraudulent means.

- Bonus validity periods are as specified in the respective promotional terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.
- Drawn bets, two-way bets, and hedging bets will not count towards rollover completion.

06General Betting Rules at imau4u
All bets placed on the imau4u platform are subject to the following general rules. Rules specific to each sport or game type can be found in the relevant help section.
- Minimum bet: RM0.10 for slots, RM1.00 for Sports Betting, and RM2.00 for Live Casino.
- Maximum bet: Varies by game type, competition level, and account limits — check your bet slip for details.
- All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended except in circumstances stipulated by imau4u.
- If a match is postponed by more than 12 hours from the original scheduled time, all related bets will be fully refunded to the player.
- Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided by imau4u, even if they were previously confirmed.
- Imau4u supports Decimal, Fractional, and Hong Kong odds formats — you can switch your preferred format in your account settings.
- For live betting, odds change in real time and each bet will be confirmed at the odds current at the time of confirmation, not the odds initially displayed.
Imau4u reserves the right to restrict or close betting access for accounts found to be using arbitrage strategies, system abuse, or any tactic deemed detrimental to the integrity of the platform.
07Permitted & Prohibited User Conduct
To keep the imau4u platform safe and fair for all users, certain behaviours are strictly prohibited.
PROHIBITED activities on the imau4u platform:
- Creating more than one account for yourself or assisting others in circumventing account limits.
- Using automated bots, specialised software, or any technology to gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing anyone else to access your account.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the imau4u platform infrastructure.
- Using a false name, date of birth, payment information, or identity during registration or verification.
- Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits, or engaging in any form of money laundering.
- Sharing your account credentials with third parties with fraudulent intent, or claiming bonuses by unauthorised means.
- Threatening, insulting, or behaving inappropriately toward imau4u customer support staff.

Any breach of the user conduct rules will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential legal action where the breach involves fraud or criminal activity.
08Account Closure, Suspension & Self-Exclusion
Imau4u provides tools that make it easy for users to manage or terminate their use of the platform as needed.
Account Closure by User Request: You may close your imau4u account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any eligible balance that meets the withdrawal requirements will be returned to you. The closure process is typically completed within 5 business days.
Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break from betting, imau4u offers self-exclusion options for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During this period, you will be unable to access the imau4u platform by any means.
Closure by imau4u: imau4u reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under circumstances such as:

09imau4u Liability Limits
The imau4u platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, there are limitations of liability that you should be aware of.
- Imau4u is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
- Imau4u does not guarantee that the platform will always be free of bugs or errors. We will make every effort to resolve any reported issues promptly.
- Betting results are final once a match or game has concluded. imau4u is not responsible for outcomes that users find unsatisfactory.
- Imau4u is not liable for losses resulting from user errors, such as entering an incorrect bet amount.
- Imau4u's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

This liability cap does not affect users' rights regarding legitimate deposit refunds. If you have any dispute relating to a transaction, please contact the imau4u support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
10Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us
Imau4u reserves the right to amend, update, or add to any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, for material changes, imau4u will endeavour to notify users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of imau4u's Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the user and imau4u will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established by the platform.
